Nicholas age 17 Italy. Described as a good student, mature and responsible, trustworthy, outgoing, sporty, family oriented. Interested in Basketball, downhill skiing, plays piano, interested in math, physics, science – would like to become a doctor. Served as class president. Enjoys all kinds of sports. Father is an architect; mother is a teacher. Has a younger sister. Faith background Christian with occasional participation. Needs placement in 12th grade. Allergic to cats and dogs/asthma.
He is slotted to go to Stadium HS in Tacoma but we can also check with other high schools in the area to see if they could take him.
Hosting involves opening your heart and home to a young person giving them a place to sleep (own room or shared room with an age appropriate student of the same gender) and feeding them and making them a part of your family while they are here. Students come with their own spending stipend and medical insurance. We provide great on the ground support and a fun enhancement activity program for our students who are here. Hosting can be a wonderful life changing experience.
