Ciao tutti –

The first La Voce of the 2018-2019 DAS calendar year is here!!!

Just click on the link below and La Voce will pop up in your browser.  There’s lots of good articles to read here including:

  • coming events,
  • a history of our Language School and a profile of our new instructor,
  • the Language School Schedule for the fall,
  • a preview of what’s at Festa Italiana this year and
  • a tribute to the Walla Walla onion

And, speaking of Festa, there’s still an opportunity for you to volunteer to staff our Dante booth on Saturday and Sunday, September 29 and 30 at Festa.  Just send an email to Toni Napoli at tnapoli44@gmail.com or speak to her at our first meeting on September 12.

The available timeslots are:

Saturday Sept. 29  one person at 12-2 pm
one person at  2-4 pm

Sunday Sept. 30    one person at 12-2 pm
one person at 4-6 pm and help with closing.  Help tear                                   down the booth 
See you at our September 12 meeting.  Further details on that meeting will be sent out tomorrow.
